2. Placing an order
Add the desired services to your shopping basket to order them. Fill in all of the required fields and enter email address to complete the order. The total cost is then displayed on the screen. This can be paid via an online bank transfer or using another payment method.
The contract enters into force when the amount payable is transferred to the bank account of the online store.
If we cannot deliver the ordered services due to stock running out or for any other reason, the purchaser will be informed as soon as possible and the money paid will be refunded promptly, but no later than within 14 days of receiving the notification.

6.2.2 Service Provider may terminate the agreement in case Client violates the Terms and Conditions, in particular delivers illegal content, after being called once to stop the violations in a given period of time. The contract expires in this case after 5 days from the date of submitting the declaration of intent of termination (notice period).
6.2.3 In case of closing the Website, Service Provider can terminate the contract of the Electronic Service concluded for indefinite period of time (e.g. Account). The contract expires in this case after 14 days from the date of submitting the declaration of intent of termination (notice period).

8. RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM THE CONTRACT
8.1 The Client, being the consumer at the same time, who entered into the contract with the Service Provider at a distance can withdraw from the agreement without giving any reasons by submitting a statement within 14-day period of time. To meet the deadline it is enough to send the notice before the notice period expires. the 14-day period of time, when the client can withdraw from the contract is counted from the moment of releasing the item, or if the service is the subject of the contract – from the day of contacting it.
8.2 The Client is not entitled to withdraw from the contract entered at a distance in case of: (1) service started, with the consent of the consumer before the expiry of the period referred to in paragraph 7.1 above, (2) the services of the characteristics specified by the consumer in his order, or closely associated with the person, (3) services, that due to their nature cannot be returned or whose subject matter is perishable.
9. Direct marketing and processing of personal data
The online store only uses the personal data entered by the purchaser (including name, phone number, address, e-mail and bank details) for processing the order and sending services to the purchaser. The online store forwards personal data to the transport service provider in order to deliver the services.
The online store sends newsletters and offers to the purchaser’s e-mail address only if the purchaser has expressed their wish to receive them by entering their e-mail address on the website and indicating their desire to receive direct mail.
